Cutting and Stitching of Kurta-Pyjama.

First we will stitch Kurta:-

How to stitch a kurta ?
STEP1-: First you have to take the measures according to:-
          A: Length+2 inch
          B: Breadth(chest circumference)+6 divided by 4,
          C: Shoulder +1 inch divided by 2
          D: Sleeve length +2 
          E: Front neck 3or 4inch; back neck 2inch,
          F: Wrist circumference+1 and divided by 2,
          G: Neck measure+1/2 inch.

STEP2-: Seeing the figure do the marking and the cutting of the cloth.

STEP3-: Front piece cut 3 inch (see the figure).

STEP4-: Now take small piece of cloth length5 inch and breadth4 inch and attach it frontside. Cut the               sides seeing the figure and stitch like shown. Put there button. Now join both shoulder sides. Next join both the sides.

STEP5-: Now see the figure and make the collar(take the 4inch breadth and length is equal to the measure of your neck+1/2 inch),now you see the figure and make it.

STEP6-: Collar stitch:-First stitch same measure of canvas on your cloth now turn it and then do a  simple stitch seeing the figure. Now attach the collar on your neck side.

STEP7-: Fold both bottom side 1/2 inch inside.

STEP8-: Seeing the figure take your sleeve and fold wrist side 1/2inch inside and attach the sleeve.

 Your collar Kurta is ready!






Second we will stitch pyjama:-

How to stitch pyjama?
Step1-Firstly we will take the following measures -
A-: Length(waist to ankle) + 4 inch
B-: Waist+8 divided by 4+1and 1/2 inch
C-: (see the figure) will be 2 inch usually(If your age is above 20) for kids take 1 and 1/2 inch only
D-: B (measure of waist. Here you DONT need to add 8 divide it by 4 and add 1and 1/2 inch ) divide 4 and add 2

Step2-You have to take the cloth and fold as per diagram.

MARKING AND CUTTING

Step3-Now we will mark on the cloth,see the diagram and cut it.

STITCHING

Step4-First we will fold 2 inch from down side.

Step5-Next up side fold 2 inch.

Step6-Now you have to join center pieces and stitch it.

Step7-Now you can put the elastic or dori in the waist side of the cloth.

Step8-Enjoy your new pyjama.

Cutting and stitching of long frock.
First take the following measurements:

Upper side measurement:-
Length: Shoulder to waist + 2inch.
Breadth: Chest circumference + 6 and divided by 4.
Neck: Front neck 3inch or as long as your wish, back neck 3inch or as long as your wish.
Shoulder: Shoulder to shoulder+1 and dived by 2.
Sleeve: From shoulder side you have to take chest circumference dived by 4 -1, sleeve circumference+1.Sleeve length shoulder to how long your wish.

Bottom side measurement:-
Length: Waist to ankle +2.
Breadth: Waist circumference +4.
Seeing the figure do the marking and the cutting of the cloth.

First prepare the upper part.
 Now fold both the pieces of your neck part initially and then insert the paipin.
(for stitching a paipin refer to below after figures)

Now join shoulder and sides. Take your sleeve and fold corners inside.
Now join the sleeves and keep this piece separate.
Next take your bottom piece and first fold bottom side 1/2 inch. make stresses on waist side and from waist sides join upper and bottom pieces.
Now seeing the figure make two belts of length 18inch and breadth 3inch and join on your frock on waist side.

How to stitch a paipin?
For the paipin first take 3/4 inch of breadth and length according to your neck +1inch. You have to separate fold and stitch then attech on your neck side.your paipin is ready.
Now your long frock by saree is ready!

Cutting and Stitching of Deep Neck sleeveless Ladies Katori Blouse.

For stitching blouse first do the marking on the paper and do the cutting of it. Keep this paper upside the piece of the cloth which you have to mark and cut.

A = Length (Shoulder to Waist) + 2 in
B = Breadth (Chest Circumference + 6 in) divided by 4
C = (Shoulder +4in) divide by 2
D = Front Neck 5 in or as required, back neck 6 in or as required
E =  3 to 3.5 in
F =  E-1.25 in (Max 1.5 in)

For the stitching:
Step 1:- First take back side portion of your cloth and cut back side neck seeing the figure. Make a deep cut and leave 3 inches at the waist side. Now take the other cloth piece (the size of this piece should be equal to the back neck) make an outside stitch and then make an inner stitch. Now at the shoulder side attach a dori. Now the portion of  deep neck is ready. Now keep this piece separate for a while.

Step 2:-How to stitch dori?
Seeing the figure, cut cross pieces and stitch the dori.

Step 3:- Now take your piece no.1 and do it cross stitch (2and 1/2 inch to 0). Then seeing the figure  attach with piece no:2. Now bottom side attach piece no.3, next you have to attach button belt right side and button hole belt left. First keep this belt out side and stitch then turn belt inside and again stitch. Now join both the shoulder pieces and both the sides and put there paipin on your sleeve side.

Step 4:- Now you have to make a belt which one length should be according to your waist+1inch and breadth should be 2inch, this one belt you have to attach with your blouse waist side, first stitch out side and fold cloth inside and again stitch.

Step 5:- Now of the marking inside your blouse according to your waist and chest measure and stitch it.

Step 6:- Now you have to take cross piece length is according to your neck +1inch and breadth is 3/4inch. Attach this piece with your blouse neck side paipin (first you have to stitch out side and fold inside and again stitch).

Step 7:- Now you have to attach button or hunk and make hole.

Your Deep neck blouse is ready!








                   Keep your cut paper pieces on the cloth,draw,mark and cut it.

Cutting and Stitching easy five Sleeves? (Five Easy Sleeves -Step Sleeve, Frill Sleeve, Puff Sleeve, Long Dori Sleeve, Umbrella Sleeve)

1:-How to stitch Steps Sleeves?
STEP1:- First take a cloth seeing the figure do the marking and the cutting of the cloth.
STEP2:- First at the shoulder side make steps then at bottom side in opposite direction make plates.
STEP3:- Now take 2inch breadth and length is measure of your wrist circumference+1inch.
STEP4:- Seeing the figure attach it.
Your Steps Sleeves is ready!







2:-How to stitch sleeves of very close frill?
While cutting cut sleeve's circumference 4inch extra (for making frills).
Seeing the figure do the marking on the sleeves.            
Next seeing the figure1 do the stitch and leave there little extra thread do at all the lines like this. 
Next seeing the fugure 2 do the zigzag stitch and if possible do all the lines with different colours of the thread.
After completing your zigzag seeing the figure 3 pull slowly your thread which you had left in your first stitch now make  a knot all the thread.
Your sleeves of very close frills is ready!


3:-How to stitch puff sleeves?
Seeing the figure do the marking and the cutting of the cloth.
First you cut your size of sleeve on the paper, then take the paper and keep it on your cloth and mark on it. Both the sides take 3inch extra from shoulder side and sleeve circumference sides both the sides +2inch.
Now make frill on both the sides.
Next sleeve circumference side you have to put the belt.
How to stitch belt?
First take the cloth piece of length is according to your sleeve circumference +1inch and breadth is 3inch.
Seeing the figure make and join this belt, Insert an elastic of 1/2inch breadth
Now join this belt on your dress or top.
Your puff sleeve is ready!


4:-How to stitch Long Dori Sleeve?
Seeing the figure and cut the cloth and join a small loop.
How to make a loop?
First you have to take cross pieces of 1inch breadth cloth and 12 inch long.
You have to fold and make it half inch breadth and stitch, after stitching you have to turn the cloth piece now cut 1and1/2 inch small pieces seeing the figure join your loop is ready.
Now make a same dori length should be according to your sleeve length into 2.
Now seeing the figure insert your dori, then attach the sleeves on your dress.
Your Long Dori Sleeve is ready!



5:-How to stitch umbrella sleeves?
The sides of the sleeves should be 1and1/2 inch extra than the measurement.
Now cut your sleeve. Bottom sides do it pico up side(shoulder side) you have to make 1/4inches frill.
Your umbrella sleeve is ready!

For 10 year baby you have to take the 3 meter long cloth.

STEP1-: First take the measures of Chaniya & Choli:

Measures for Choli:- 
A = Length (From Shoulder to Waist) + 2 in
B = Breadth(Chest circumference ) + 2 in
Front neck: 4 in
Back neck: 2 in
Shoulder = Shoulder to Shoulder + 2 in dived by 2

Measures for the Chaniya:-
Chaniya Waist Size = Actual Waist Size + 2 in
Chaniya Length = Length (From Waist to Ankle)  + 4 in

Measure for the sleeves:- See the figure.

STEP2-: Seeing the figure, mark and cut the cloth.

Choli Stitching:
First fold 1/2 in from both the sides. Next join both shoulder pieces.Seeing the figure join a paipin on front neck and back neck. Now join both the sides,Now attach the sleeves.
Your Choli is ready!          

Chaniya Stitching:
Seeing the figure fold 1 in from bottom side. Now fold waist side 2 in (insert a dori). Now join the sides.
Your Chaniya is ready!

For 34/36 inch chest take two colours of cloth of 60cm. (front piece and sleeve) and 40cm.(back piece and paipin).

For stitching blouse first do the marking and the cutting on a paper. And use this paper for keeping on the cloth and cutting it.

A = Length (Shoulder to Waist) + 2 in
B = Breadth (Chest Circumference + 6 in) divided by 4
C = (Shoulder +2 in) divide by 2
D = Front Neck 5 in or as required, back neck 6 in or as required
E =  3 to 3.5 in
F =  E-1.25 in (Max 1.5 in)
G = Sleeve Length + 2 in
H = Sleeve Circumference + 2 in

Cutting and Stitching Pockets Table Cloth.

STEP1-: Take a cloth according to the length and breadth of your table. Take an extra cloth of length 1 /2 meter for the pockets.

STEP2-: First take your cloth and make pockets and keep it separately

STEP3-: Now fold 1/2 inch from all the corners and attach a lace.(optional)

STEP4-: Now seeing the figure attach the pockets.

                Here you can attach a lace for looking good. (optional)

              Your Simple Table Cover with Pocket is ready!

Simple Top Cutting and Stitching.

Simple Top Cutting and Stitching.

First you have to take your measurement

Length: Shoulder to knee (or as long as your wish) +2inch
Breadth: Chest circumference+4inch
Front neck: 4and 1/2 inch or as long as your wish
Back neck: 3inch or as long as your wish for the design
Sleeve length: 5inch or your wish.
Sleeve circumference (shoulder side): Chest circumference divided by 4 -1/2 inch.
Sleeve circumference +1inch.

Now do the marking and the cutting of your cloth.
(If your chest is 34 to 38 you need 1and 1/2 metre cloth.)
Take your cloth fold twice seeing the figure.

Now do the marking and the cuttng of your cloth.

Next fold bottom side1/2inch, sleeve corners fold 1/2inch.

Now fold neck side or put paipin and join shoulder side, Next join sides and now at last join the sleeves.

Now your top is ready!
