How to stitch a pen holder?

STEP1-: First you have to take 1/2 metre simple cloth and 1/2 metre canvas cloth.
STEP2-: Now cut four same size pieces ( of both the cloth pieces).
STEP3-: Attach both the cloth pieces and fold 1/2 inch inside from the upper part.
STEP4-: Stitch one square piece and attach it in the centre.
