Cutting and Stitching of a Frock of very close frill.
STEP1-: Take measures according to :-
A-: Length (after 2inch shoulder to waist)+2inch.
B-: Breadth (chest circumference) into 2 +2inch.
C-: Length (waist to knee)+2inch.
D-: Breadth (chest circumference)+6 divided by 4
E-: Measure (shoulder to shoulder) +1 divided by 2.
F-: Neck:
front neck: 3inch (your wish)
back neck: 2inch (your wish)
STEP2-: Seeing the figure do the marking and the cutting of the cloth.
STEP3-: First cut 5inch breadth and length 3inch +2inch (front and back neck)+2inch.
Make a belt seeing the figure.
STEP4-: Now first you make the straight line upper side with a big stitch and next make a zigzag stitch on your big one stitch now you have to slowly pull the thread then frill will be ready do the same on the sleeve side.
STEP5-: Now fold bottom side, then join the sleeves and join the sides.
Now your frock of very close frill is ready!
