Step by Step Cutting and Stitching of a Frill Cover for pillow.
STEP1:- Pillow length+2inch; pillow breadth+2inch; for frill of pillow you have to take pillow length into 4 and frill breadth 5inch.
STEP2:- Now for making frill fold 5inch cloth make it 2and1/2 inch and make stress every 1/2 inch and complete full frill.
STEP3:- Next start stitching first fold open side your cloth 1/2 inch inside then join your frill on cloth next join your other cloth.
Your Frill pillow cover is ready!
