How to stitch Simple Top with Balloon sleeve?

Step1-Firstly we will take measure of body according to the following- 

A-: Length(Shoulder to hip) +2inch(extra for folding and stitching)

B-: Breadth (measure of chest) + 6 divided by 4

C-: Front neck- 5inches or how long you like

D-: Back side neck(1and1/2inch or as long you like)

E-: Length of the Sleeve +1inch

F-: Circumference of the Sleeve+5inch

Step2- Now take the measures and cut the cloth according to the diagram.

How to stitch?

Step3- Now start stitching. First fold 1/2inch from downside.

Step4- Next fold the sleeve length of 1inch and insert there elastic.

Step5- Next fold both neck side, then start stitching from the sleeve side and go till the hip.

Your simple Top with ballon sleeve is ready!
